Warrior General Games

This is the RPI formula used by some US college sports, for alpha and zeta conferences. It is often criticized for weighting strength of schedule far too heavily.

We seem to get a lot of love from the computers even though we are 0-4 and have the lowest level players in the league. Is it all because of SoS or is there something I'm missing?

RPI is all SOS

Oh, so it's 100% SoS? Makes sense now

.25 * WinPct + .5 * Opponent WinPct + .25 * OpponentsOpponentsWinPct

So it's 1/4 your win pct, 1/2 first-order SoS, and 1/4 second-order SoS

Damn, so we need to stop killing our opponents, or has mafia just plaied the better ranked teams?

Methinks I'll come up with a new ranking system that will blow these piddly formulas out of the water.
