In our first scrimmage, we are up 13-12, the team has drove the ball with 7 minutes, to start it off on a 3rd & 2.5 with South Carolina in our territory Chambers makes a possible TD saving tackle after their RB runs through the defensive front and is "sprinting" to the edge, where Chambers is currently being blocked, gets off the receiver and makes a very close tackle: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1442971&pbp_id=68264

Now after a few runs, they are on the .5 yard line, its 4th down, were up 13-12, 7 seconds to go, 4th & goal, South Carolina does a quick pass to the corner, where Chambers comes in and rams the receiver Lackey at the line, and stops him from getting in the endzone: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1442971&pbp_id=68348
Something kind of interesting too, no timeouts called, but I think its ok since what side should call timeout? If my team does it could have gave them more time, which they could have possibly needed, if they call timeout it gives our offense more time to score if they get in for the TD, not sure what should have been done there.

Oh and on the next play with 1 second left they could have maybe won it with a safety:

Just had a pretty basic AI in, so didnt have my yardage situational packages in, wr drops it and the game ends(although he could have got out of the endzone, possibly).

Nice opening scrimmage though.

Best QB ever on the other team Imo.
And why didn't they kick a field goal from there instead of a failure WR Screen?

Interesting I didnt even think of it, if your referring to their 4th down play, why didnt they kick the FG? Maybe they had an AI setting to go for it on 4th down if under a certain yardage or something of that sort. Did pretty good for being a kicker lol, wonder if hes actually being built as a QB or not.

This is GLB. Not the NFL.

So what your saying is you don't understand basic football concepts?

I mean your trolling is honestly quite poor, I'd practice a bit more.

In GLB. The defense doesnt refrain from calling a timeout thinking about the next drive.

Actually you'd be wrong. Last season I saw teams call timeout when the game was winding down in close situations, sorry that your lack of knowledge is clouding your opinion.

Open up your eyes, it can guide your mind mate

^ Which was your response to me saying: if they call timeout it gives our offense more time to score if they get in for the TD

If they call a timeout, are you seriously telling me an offense will not call a time out in order to prevent the time running out?(There was 7 seconds left with their 4th down plays if you didn't notice). I mean your lack of football knowledge is amazing

Bring up team tactics, and show me where in the AI, the team calls defense thinking off the next opponents drive.
Definately in the NFL this happens, but i have not seen it in GLB.

Also refrain from dishing out anymore of your witty comments.

Give me replays, support yourself without those stupid comments.

I don't have really any interest digging through replays to try to find a specific situation of similiar circumstances, if you can't understand basic time concepts, then you should maybe rethink your mindset.

He just had a reasoning for why his defense? didn't call a TO. Jeez, do you have to start a argument over something that little?
