With levels like this: effective strength is 25 and effective agility around 16 and vision somewhere below 40, you aren't going to find a team to play on.
There's nothing anyone can do with that dot except sit him on the bench and flirt with the cheerleaders.
In case you don't know, your dot is declined so bad, he is only qualified to play shuffleboard in a nursing home. Just look at your level, ie 59. Now, right next to that is the effective playing level. Your's is 19. You need to retire grandpa and get the flex back to invest in new players.
I really hope he was just kidding around.
