Yeah I am hating already!

Pick 4 consist of which Teams get demoted from East and West. Just curious if someone can get 100% accuracy on this.

I will try and keep tally of Votes. (All Votes must be in before Game Time on Reg. Season Game Day)

EAST:

WEST:
SAS - unless they go CEQ & Boost, I just don't think they can make the cut going No-No.
HHM - just didn't look impressive in S18.
PNP - really struggled late in S18, likely will again in S19.
CEP - struggled in gold the last time they were here, any reason to think things will be different?

EAST:
Raptors - struggled in gold the last time they were here, any reason to think things will be different?
STBP - barely survived the cut last season, misses it this season.
MoM - seemed to have given up last season, will demote if more of the same.
LGM - not ready for Gold yet.

My way way way too early predictions:

West:

Chicago '85 Bears - Tomlinator, enough said.

UT Pimps - Barely held on S18, came back nice last season, but with a stacked West, I feel this may be a team that could get knocked out.

AC Surf - Really didn't look good last season late and just barely held off being demoted. Hopefully they can turn it around.

SAS - If they don't boost/CE, their down in my mind. This league will be 80-90% boost plus CE and they'll need it now.

Come on now, you actually think I would let anyone acting as my OC remain my OC for long if they are doing a poor enough job that my team risks demotion?

so you are saying that you wouldn't keep faith in your staff?!?

...I think that we should make another thread to vote on which co-ordinators will lose their jobs ...I vote tomlinator

No love for the surf. Three teams ended up 8-8 with one of them going to the playoffs. It doesn't look like we are going No/No this season so we should have a better showing at the end.

I can't see Crib being a one and done team; with the consistent effort they have displayed over the seasons I expect them to stick around more than a year. But since a lot of the responsibilities (scouting, AI, depth chart, player management) fall on just a couple of guys I'm not sure if they will want to stay too long.

Since there is no No-No pact, a lot of who gets demoted might ride on who gets CEQ and boosts.

This will be the first Picks on the Board.
Anyone can change them throughout Offseason up until Game Day. (Just make sure you post your changes.

This might give some Teams some motivation to see what other Owners/Coordinators think also.

Really? Even going full boost/CE, DB back running the O and robbbeck as our HC? Gives us some more motivation!
And I am building the whole D, robbbeck and DB the whole O???
