Q: How do you feel about the sudden promotion to the head coach position, and how do you intend to handle coordinating both sides of the ball?

"The guys were already coached up to win a championship, I'm just the guy stepping in to take the blame if we fall. I wasn't entirely sure I was ready to take up the defensive reigns and I'm not sure today I'm the best man for the job, but it is what it is, my job and I'll do my best to be the best, because its my job."

Q: Are you surprised with how your team has played here in the post season?

"You'll never hear me say I was surprised we went out there and took it to them, you watch game film, you coach and coach and you just hope your boys go out there and take it to them, and that is what we did."

Q: How do you keep your team down to earth after such lopsided victories?

"Well you don't, with high production comes high expectations and if nothing else a little confidence could go a long way in working past those butterflies."

Q: What would you say has been the key to your success here in the post season?

"You spend a little bit of time around the best guys in the business and you get to know it pretty quick, as far as my secret to success, we put more points on the scoreboard than the other team, a lot more, if we can keep that up... we'll go places,"

Q: Who are you?

"I am the offensive and defensive coordinator for Lunch Box, my name is Tomlinator and I got this job out of a long standing relationship with the previous coach, though I've never known him in real life and am certainly not the same person I owe all of my game knowledge to him and am very thankful for the opportunity to coach a championship caliber Gold team in the playoffs as my first coaching experience."

So anyone on the same team as Perma and/or EDB who has a little fun at some MINOR trash talking is automatically considered to be a Perma and/or EDB alt?

Tomlinator has made very few posts and this one is very toned down from the normal Perma/EDB posts. There are other subtle differences I have noticed while speaking to him, so I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I already discussed with him that I won't tolerate Perma/EDB type of posts, but I don't see anything wrong with this one. Perma's posts were very ego driven and straight forward, and very arrogant, where this one is more subtle, and I think a little clever.

Even if Tomlinator turns out to be a Perma and/or EDB alt, if he does well for my team and doesn't draw negative attention to my team with Perma style posts, I have no issues keeping him. But until it's proven that he is the same person as Perma and/or EDB, I will continue under the presumption that he is a different person.

The problem is that he hasn't posted. Again, it's no coincidence that when EDB dies out, Perma comes alive, when perma's talk dies down, this guy comes up. It just so happens he's also on Lunch Box, but all season, he made a post or two, and now he's posting a lot once perma peaced.

You may be right, I just hope he doesn't burn your team or you.

I have no issues booting him like I did EDB if things start to get out of hand as I won't let it get as far as Nif has. But I am giving him a chance first. Plus you can't deny that whom ever he is, he has LB playing very well and I can use that skill on my Bears team.

I actually didn't know he was the full OC and DC of LB when I took him on, I thought he was just helping Nif on the side since Perma went inactive. I already told him that I will reduce his rights to LOL-GM and run the team for that single game so he doesn't have to worry about two of his teams playing each other. My Bears team wont enter any tourneys in S19, so we won't face LB more than once, not including any possible playoff games. We are also developing an offense together that should differ from Lunch Box's offense as I don't want the two offenses to be clones.

I have my auto-pilot offense and defense saved on TIA, so I won't get burned other than a possible couple losses before I catch on. But I am running under the presumption that they are not the same person and thus that shouldn't happen. I have made my feelings clear to him as to what I expect from him and what I won't tolerate, so only time will tell...

Anyhoot since supposedly Gerr treated EDB soooooooooooo bad, I would guess the Tomlinator ID will sabotage The Bears for a little pay back. Nice pick Gerr.
