Hey so I am going to make a bunch of lineman, I am going to the str 48, block 48, agil 48, and so on but what about equipment? I am assuming it should all go in either str, block, or agility but how much for each? I was going to do half in str and half in block

48, 48, 48 is no good.

At least go to 73 or 77 strength.
Then bring blocking and agility up.

All equipment can go in strength, or you can put 1 piece in agility. Maybe 2 pieces for LOT.

Yep the key is to pick your first skill and take it as high as you want while you train the next skill. Then repeat the process. Maybe sneak some multi-traiing in if you are real cool.

Rolling:
All o-line should roll 25 strength, remainder in blocking.
All o-line should be as short and heavy as possible, or at least toward those ends of the scale.

Starting a build:

LOT: strength, blocking, agility 73 minimum. Order depends on build style
LG: strength, blocking, agility 73 minimum. Do strength then blocking because of level gains
C: strength 77, blocking 68 minimum. Do strength first
RG: strength, blocking, agility 73 minimum. Do strength then blocking because of level gains
ROT: strength, blocking, agility 73 minimum. Order depends on build style

Edit: If you do this the LG, C, and RG need run blocking archetypes if you are doing strength first.

Thanks for the tips guys, I played a long time ago (like two years) so I remember the basics but never built a lineman.

However I have a question in regards to AngryDragon and the skills and training. Are you not supposed to train in what you are waiting to put skill points in (slow build style?) In this case I am going to raise my str up to 77. I did not spend my 15 skill points to being with, should I be training str as well until I have enough skill points to put it to 77? Or should I be training blocking waiting on skill points alone to up my str to 77?

Basically I roll my player with about 25 points. Usually more but 25 should be the minimum. I train that skill on intense in the offseason till it is 29 or better with 99% trained. Then I can usually cap my first skill no later than level 2. At this point I light train my second skill while I am spending SP on my first skill. Once finished taking my first skill as high as I want I adjust my training to intense, normal, or light just to get it to a point where I can start spending SP on it. Usually I aim for 34 or better with 99% trained. Then it is off to light training the third skill and spending SP on my second skill until it is where I want it to be.

At the point I begin spending SP on my third skill. I usually multi-train my remaining 4 skills. Even if I have more than 4 skills to invest in I never unlock more than 3 skills so I can multi-train a total of 4 skills. I then multi train for about 2 seasons. Then it is back to light training for me. This is not a perfect solution but it should get me about 3 AEQ items which is good enough for me.

This. Though even Blocking may be on a piece or two if making a pass-blocking OT because Strength is, at least on a marginal level, much less important to pass-blocking OTs than blocking "radius" and ability to hold blocks against all those 130+ Speed, 100+ Agility DEs.
