umph... 3 pretty close losses recently... I really feel like at least the western conference is extremely competitive this season, and word out to all the teams.

Sometimes its nice to actually look and see how close the season has been instead of always trying to compare it to some glory day, it is what it is, and it has been a pretty great season so far.

While I generally don't like to agree with Perma, this time I do. The West is a lot more even than the standings show. My Bears might be undefeated, but I still have to play the current #4, #9, #8, #5, #2, & #6 teams to finish off the season. I don't foresee my undefeated streak continuing nor do I see any team remaining undefeated in the West. It's likely a 14-2 team will get the #1 seed in the West and there will probably be one heck of a fight for those #5-#8 seeds. I also don't see the West conference championship being between the #1 & #2 seeds, any playoff team is capable of making it there this season.

I don't know man. I really think the winner of your game with Dirty will go 16-0. Which, by the way, should be an excellent matchup. I'm very interested in seeing how that one turns out.

Both Dirty & myself have a number of hard games left and to presume we will both go undefeated until we meet is unlikely, but possible.

While I did buy CEQ due to the recent change, I only have about 6K flex left, and that's not enough to fully boost a team other than a few key players, so I will likely struggle against boosted teams later this season, namely Dirty who is fully boosted already.

Oh man... all you no/no teams are prolly giddy now that you can get a lil yes for your teams on the cheap. Maybe even save enough flex to boost and be total hypocrits. Too bad they deleted all those threads

I said it from the get go, I couldn't afford CEQ and full boosting, so wasn't going to do it this season. When they redid CEQ, that changed things and like many, I bought CEQ since it became affordable to everyone. As for boosting, I think that when the CEQ change caused many to buy it, the No-No concept went out the window. So basically the No-No movement died with the introduction of rentable CEQ.

I bought CEQ after going 9-0 for only 1 reason. I want to try and go undefeated. I think that's worth breaking the no no pledge. But tbh, I don't give a shit about your "butthurt" comments. 5-6 with full CEQ!! How did you get in this league anyway?

lol at needing to boost just to make the playoffs, even after you had a CE advantage all season.

Nope, we're going to have 15 penalties in the first half, 20 in the second, and 3 in OT. WIth a total of 38 penalties, we lose by a FG.

In no particular order...

I boosted at the same time last season.. don't see any reason not too considering I openly stated I would be. I purchased ceq before day 1 and have never stated it gave me any advantage. You all have insisted that it would and I told you to enjoy your W's over my team. Six of them so far to be exact. Its not like you were humiliating my team with your 10 point wins. My team got an invite to Gold because of a 15-1 season in a stacked conference and a few dozen teams apparently declining an invite and/or requesting demotion.

Oh and I'd rather go 8-8 while giving it my all (for the most part) and have nothing to show for it at the end of the season against you jerks than go 15-1 in a silver conference with like two meaningful games each season.
