Last time i checked the regular season didn't mean squat....... How many trophies did that get you?? When you get a winning streak in playoffs let me know and i'll be the first to congratulate you but until then the regular season doesn't mean much......

You can't win the championship every season as no team has repeated that feat yet so I can see no harm in being proud of records or accomplishments. I play for the thrill of game. I enjoy each game though the ones where we lose I don't enjoy near as much. We are playing the best of the best every game for the most part although Gold is no where near as great and competitive as it once was.

Fair enough. But is does mean something to me. I am putting in more time every week now that I am doing it for the Off and Def. I think my team is a much better defensive team atm, then at the start of the season when I was running a Season 16 Defense.
EDB, I'll say this much about our matchup. If Dirty is still undefeated by then, I will most likely be buying CEQ. There's yall's team and Black Sea Buckeye Rev, left in my schedule that are both full CEQ.
What about you Gerr? Are you going to buy CEQ to try and stay undefeated?

Nope, but I might partial boost if I face a full CEQ & boosted team in the playoffs. Always said I was No-No for the regular season no matter who I faced, but the gloves come off in the playoffs...

I'm done with Gold for a while and Gruppo is tending to real-life issues. DuPrae's would keep Goats rockin, but they can't this season since Gruppo hasn't been assigning points and Goats don't have a full roster.
I do agree with Gold not being as competitive this season... but that's a good thing until the custom EQ drama is over. If Bort gets a reasonable custom EQ solution I might consider coming back one day.

Game isn't the same without McC or Dony around. I've barely made an effort this season since deciding that i wasn't buying CEQ and Dony wasn't returning to run my team.
