To be honest, no, never paid much attention to them. I build my players as I see fit, not looking to increase their LOL-value.

SPs are already factored in to the Avg and Effective numbers regardless of whether or not they have been spent.
They are either sitting on a bunch of training points, rolled dots really late, put the 15 into their primary and started light training it for some lulzy reason... who knows.

They are either sitting on a bunch of training points, rolled dots really late, put the 15 into their primary and started light training it for some lulzy reason... who knows.
