If I had to rank them from strongest to weakest (meaning the group - don't care if one region has Valhalla in it and the rest suck)....

SE Asia...... Smurfs, Semarang, ESL, Whores - strongest group imo
10/10 on the scale so I can compare them to the rest

USA...... Blaze, HHWC of course very strong -- Midwest and Chicago look p good
9/10

W. Europe...... Alpine p good, Arcade and Warsaw solid imo
8/10 - small group so no one is really bringing them down

Africa...... D9, Carthage very strong -- Cagliari and Nairobi jury still out
7.5/10

South America...... Osaka and Prophecy should be solid, Gunny and Kai lookin good, Sanchez and Marauders dunno but kinda weighing down the group

Canada...... Hali, QCBC, Monowi strong -- Village Dogs and St. John ehhh not sure
7/10

Oceania...... Indy and So Cal weighted down by 2 new teams
6/10.... maybe 7.5-8 without the two new teams

E. Europe....... sorry Stewart and Emmaus

I'd be pretty surprised if Kai, Gunny, Mayan and Osaka all made the playoffs. It could happen, but I don't think it will.
