Desired Daily Salary
$350 ($14,000.00/yr)
Min/Max Salary
$437.50 - $4,375.00 ($17,500.00 - $175,000.00/yr)
Daily Salary Offer
($17,480.00/yr, +0 morale)

Why is his desired salary less than his minimum salary?

I do not see this as a bug.

What would you call it? My player wants less money, but i must pay him much more than he wants.

I would do my job for X dollars a day. But in my field the minimum is 1.5 times higher than X. Its not unrealistic for the player minimum to be lower than the minimum the dot would play for.

I see both of these points, but maybe there is an easy fix that would avoid any confusion or anything. I'll send to it to QA to see if it merits any further action.

Not a bug in my opinion. It's a result of two different formulas- a player has a desired salary but if the league minimum is higher than that, he should be payed higher than that.
