By now we are starting to see who is going to be at the top of the conferences and who will be fighting for a playoff spot. This issue we will go over the teams I feel most likely to end the season with a Home Field playoff game. Also due to special request I will introduce the Impact player of the Issue. Remember this is not determined by highest stat, but most important IMO. We had a Few good games this week, and we will have to see how all of this affected the Rankings. Borsdt’s Opinions:
Sponsored by Kigali Silverbacks, Paying off writers since 1956

Champ of the issue: Kigali Silverbacks: This Team is playing like the patriots right now. Their offense is on fire and it seems that no one can stop them even a 3-0 team. They are blazing through the Regular season, and there are few teams that could stop them now.
Chump of the issue: Bottom 2 teams for both conferences: No points!!!! Come on we are four games in and you can’t even get a field goal??? Disappointing….
Upset of the issue: Sad part is there weren’t any. Check in next time to see if some one could beat the odds
Favorite Game of the Week Band of Brothers vs. Johannesburg Impala’s. Two of the top teams in the Lion conference this was a good game. IMO BoB should have won that game, but in the clutch the Impala’s were able to pull it out.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=59083
Sleeper to watch for: Red Sea Wave: They have the possibility to be a solid team and make it to the playoffs, but they have played against some very tough competition to start the year and due to set backs have ended up towards the bottom, but I think they will be able to battle back and make it to the post season.
Good Games coming up:

Gold Coast Corsairs vs. Ghana Buffalos

Beltway Bandits vs. Mozibique Starvin Marvin

Teams entering Playoffs with home field advantage:
Sum up of who will most likely get home field in the post season based on current performance and projection.
Lion Conference:
1) Nigeria Nightmare: They are playing on top and will have a good shot at home field advantage. They have some tough teams to play still, but this is a team heavy in talent and is a front runner for home field advantage
2) Johannesburg Impala’s: Undefeated and dethroning the past issues number one it is hard to not see them getting home field advantage this season. They are a good team and can go far in the playoffs if they continue coarse.
3) Beltway Bandits: Having the Least yards given up so far this season says a lot, but they have yet to play a top 6 opponent. Untested, yet having so much potential. This team can go far
4) Mozambique Starvin Marvins: I choose this team over Band of Brothers for various reasons. They have the second least yards this season behind Beltway and they have the best O line in conference IMO. They have lost early to a top team, but they have all season to make up ground, and I feel they will
Elephant Conference:
1) Kigala SilverBack: Right now playing like the best team in the league they belong in this spot. Having already beaten two to 6 competitors they only need to face three more till there spot is completely secured.
2) Gold Coast Corsairs: Although they have not been tested by elite competition yet. They have proven they can put away games, and they are in the top running for a home field advantage. With a top heavy conference it will be a battle, I think they have a good chance
3) Ghana Buffalos: Same as with the corsairs they have not played any hot or elite teams. They are tough and strong, and undefeated which is why I place them here. If they aren’t careful though they can accidentally fall out. They have a good shot at going for the top
4) Kinshasa Rumblers: After boosting almost their entire team, it will be hard for any unboosted teams to compete. I don’t see much chance of this team not getting home field.

Alright guys, here is the deal. I started working on this section and it was just taking too much time to look through everything. So if anyone actually wants to see a continuation of this section this is what I need owners or GMs to do. After the second game before the next issue, send me who you feel did the best out of the last two games. Have an offensive player and a defensive player. If you guys don’t want to do this then we will not have this section because I don’t have the time to go through all those stats and Crest will be out of some advertisement money.
If you have any comments or suggestions please post or PM me. This took me a while, so it would be nice if I got some feedback on how to make it better. Also I am sorry for the advertisements. Due to the cost of production we had to sell some space to make up for the loss of money in making these fine rankings.
