As he's chasing the back he falls down then gets up quickly.. was it a juke or something? Hurdle maybe?

This is a common occurrence -- could be anything from he stumbled to he was juked or pushed. It's hard to know with the dots because you obviously can't actually see what's going on in detail.

he was exhausted

1.He stumbled,there are no signs of being pushed or juked.
2.This is in game recaps because...?

He was obviously juked.
HB is elusive and probably has CEQ giving him 1 in Juke and HF.
Dots can also use any of the action SA's with 0 in the skill according to bort... the chance is just very very low.

Don't rule out the obvious because it is obvious. He was juked, end of story.

no....fakes don't show in the text, all you see is the dot shrink.
