I think what he means is that your 115 STR is really down to 90-ish due to the 23 point decline....... or something along those lines. TO can still play, but with 42 SPD and 31 AGI or whatever, your dot really can't. Not trying to offend at all..... retire him, and use those flex points to build another one.......
