How important is speed for an O-Lineman? I understand the need for speed if you're out running for run blocking, but is it that necessary for pass blocking?

Not as necessary as Agility.

For a G, I take mine to around 70.

For my LOT, I'll take it to 75-80.

How does it affect performance if you have it low? The way I look at Pass Blocking is that a player is more likely to pivot, turn, and move for short distances... that's more agility than speed, in fact, very little speed. For GLB, if I had minimal speed, will that be bad?

I am aiming for 75 for all my O linemen, run blockers or pass blockers. My older O linemen have 70 or better and I wish I had more. I also love first step for interior run blockers. It seems to help in the pass and run but I really get a kick out of watching my interior linemen seeking out LBs and actually getting their hands on them.

70 is a good minimum to shoot for on G's/OT's. Getting in proper positioning is HUGE for blocking successfully, and it'll help your roll and help you avoid revcakes as well.
