Added the following note regarding non-premium promotions to clear up confusion some people were having:
These will be a buy one, get one free promotion and will have no effect on concession sales.

I know that this is difficult to quantify and I hardly have a mountain of evidence, but what little there is is pretty solid.
Here's a look at the last two games for my team, the St. John's Salty Dogs, in Canada Pro:
Win, 83-19, versus the Nebraska Maniac Gorillas • http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=1212754
Win, 84-23, versus the Kansas City Rams • http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=1212683
Both were home games and since we all understand that concession sales are tied to the outcome of the game...these are nearly identical in that area as well. I didn't change concession pricing from one game to the next and the fan support remained relatively unchanged since we had one win following a loss in the two previous games. At the very least it would've been higher for the second game than the first...
Here's a look at concession sales for the two games:
..Beer...Brew...Soft Drink...Nachos...Hot Dog...Foam...Jersey
19,929...27,231...15,041...21,903...16,427...14,231...5,951
19,854...27,027...13,555...21,850...16,252...14,355...5,955
The difference? In the first game I used a Free Soft Drink Promotion and I used no promotion in the second game.
The variances between games...
Beer • -75 • -0.38%
Microbrew • -204 • -0.75%
Soft Drink • -1,486 • -9.88%
Nachos • -53 • -0.24%
Hot Dog • -175 • -1.07%
Foam Finger • +124 • +0.87%
Jersey • +4 • +0.07%
