Well can not wait for this season since it looks like 2011 might not happen in the NFL.
Some very earl predictions. Teams in tiers are not in order how I would rank them.
Bonus- Give me the Boys, Pack or Vikings and I will give you all 13 other NFC teams. I say one of my 3 represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. First one that accepts gets a week long avatar bet.
NFC
Top Tier:
Minnesota Vikings- We all know old Wrangler Jeans will comeback, I am sure around mid August Ed Werder will be sleeping every night on a park bench waiting to be the first to say Favre is coming back. They have everything, they better make sure to get home field advantage.
Green Bay Packers- Very easy schedule young offense, they will put up points. I still am not sold on their D. Al Harris coming back from a very serious injury, but playing the Lions twice a year, a long with the Bears, makes their D look better then I believe it is..
Dallas Cowboys- Scary good, on paper I don't think there is a team from 1-53 that has more talent. But until they can win it all I still have my doubts.
Tier 2:
Atlanta Falcons- I think this team will bounce back from a disappointing 9-7 season, and make the playoffs this season.
New York Giants-Same can be said about the G-Men, I think they were over confident, and ran through a lot of injuries last season, I look for them to finish second in the NFC.
San Fan 49ers- I am loving the way this team is being built. I also said the Pack screwed up drafting AJ Hawk over Vernon Davis, who will have a monster year this season.
N.O. Saints- To high IMO, I just don't beleive in this team, I wouldn't be shocked if they miss the playoffs, but I have to give the SB champs a lil love.
Tier 3
Carolina Panthers- No Jake no more ints
Philadelphia Eagles- The biggest ? mark to me as a team, I just don't see Kolb playing a 16 season good enough for 10 wins. I think this team will be the biggest up and down team in the NFC this season. For you gamblers out there I would stay away from placing wagers on any Eagle game.
Chicago Bears- Martz will find away to score points, if their D can stay healty I can see them winning 9 to 10 games.
Tier 4:
Washington Redskins- Shanahan is a great coach, but I think they will need a season to get used to his system, and they are in the toughest division in the NFC.
Tier 5:
Tampa Bay- Garbage
Seattle-Garbage
Detroit-Garbage
Arizona-Garbage
Tier 6:
St. Louis Rams-I do feel bad for S Jax
