Warrior General Games

1. South Africa Hitmen- Darfur became the first team to actually challenge the strong Hitmen. But in the end South Africa still won.
2. Cape Verde Kings- I thought the Braves would give more of a challenge but I guess the Kings are better than I thought. Congrats on a great win.
3. Sahara Sandstorm- Had a matchup of two 2-0 teams. But in the end the Sandstorm had too much for the Lumberjacks to handle.
4. Lima Cheetahs- Shutout the weak Cybertron team. I still believe this team is good and will be a force in the playoffs.
5. Casablanca Bogart's- While beating Sudan isnt that big of an achievment they still won.
6. Darfur Tyrants- Put up a good fight against the very strong Hitmen. They made the Hitmen work for their win.
7. Canandaigua Braves- Tried to beat Cape Verde. They got a good a$$ kickin'.
8. Baltimore Ballers- Have really been impressive these last 2 games. Played very well against Burundi.
9. Mozambique Vampires- Beat a weak Cape Town team. They are slowly becoming a force in this conference.
10. Tanzania Lumberjacks- Tried to beat a strong Sandstorm team but came up short.
11. G- Vegas Pirates- In my book they pulled off an upset beating the Deserthawks.
12. Durban Deserthawks- Lost a close one against the #11 ranked Pirates.
13. Burundi Bonestrippers- Lost by 27 to the Ballers.
14. Capetown Cowboys- Got killed.
15. Cybertron Warmachine- Got killed, again
16. Sudan Vipers- Not to sound mean but THEY SUCK

But it's only week 3! The prophecy says the kings are number 2 after next week? Excellent!!!

I'm just playing with you. Elephant has week 3 power rankings that went up today, so it's a matter of perspective. Are they power rankings FROM week 3, or power rankings FOR week 4.

relax man, you've beaten #11, 14,& 15

once you take out a better team you'll move up. he praised that you guys are becoming a force, but you need to prove yourselves a little more still.

AND these are just for fun. None of them matter until playoff time.

well i would almost tend to agree with you, i don't really buy into the "BCS" formula but what he is doing, and many people would agree is ranking you based on what you have done, against who and what you will do...

so its past performance - which you have let some pretty weak teams score on you and made a close game out of one of them...

then its competition... you have played the 11, 14 and 15 who are a combined 1-8 not exactly earth shattering...

then on your potential... your line up does not appear on paper to stack up very well with the other teams who are undefeated, or certainly not against the top 5 teams in the conference...

That being said I would personally rank you no worse then 6 as i would rank you above a couple of of the teams with 1 loss, but certainly not below any with 2 losses... cause end of the day that's the power... W-L...

but then again i am just happy he is doing it so I am not going to complain too loudly... bottom line is just keep putting W's in the column and the ranking has to follow... consider yourself like marshal out of the MAC...

while i can agree with your points to *some* extent....

how does a 1-2 team(baltimore) get ranked higher than a 3-0 team, regardless of whom they've beaten?

especially when the only game they've won was ranked lower than them?

and the other 1-2 team that's ranked higher(canandigua), their only win came from a team ranked lower than ours also?

barely beat G- Vegas, another weak team

While I think yall can become a good team yall just havent proved what yall can really do yet

You are playing the braves. They're a pretty strong team, so it wouldn't surprise me if you guys did lose. It should be a pretty close game. Whoever has the better game plan probably comes out on top. Good luck to both of you!
