we have 4 or 5 later this season. The real games however make up for it...kinda. I like being able to focus on studying for the MCAT personally

I am pissed off.

Just had our Punter in at Returner for our last game and he still had 10+ Return TD's.

Feeling the CPU Blues.

I wouldn't say that. The Mass growth of the user base on this game hasn't allowed anyone to get a grasp on predicting how many players at different level ranges there are going to be.

Getting rid of the AA and AAA's pretty much gets rid of a good system of getting into the Pro's, and gets rid of the spirit of what I personally think GLB is all about. The only way I feel to fix this is to completely condense the AA systems and even maybe delete a region or two in order to do so for now.

Adding Casuals and Pee Wee didn't help anything of course as it took away from the amounts of players in regular ball, as well as forced some early retirements of players whom were projected to be X level by X amount of time which they edited the system based off the numbers of such.

Either way. It's going to be fixed or even fix itself by the time this BABY BOOM gets to the AA Leagues..

Say what you want about the things that are happening in GLB, but don't call a single man out and list that he Fails.

Bort in no way has failed if YOU are playing this game. Amirite?

And as far first post that you mentioned - I was feeling the AA Blues. I have two great power backs that get 5-6 carries in blowouts due to our Return game being better than the other team. Like I said, I put my punter into the return man slot and he still pulled off 10 return TD's in said game. That makes it hard for me to get my Power backs their carries.

The game has lost its mojo with most long-time agents & guys are just too tired of all the changes let alone the inconsistencies from season to season that never seem to be addressed. I have to agree with Boxwrench to some degree though. You are a rep of Bort so of course you're going to say everything is just fine & things are bright & sunshiny.

This league is an absolute joke. I mean 255-0 games at this rate is totally absurd. How is that not a broken system? Its been a problem for a long time. I know most of us are just burning out our leftover flex until we run out & then its game over. I do enjoy the game but I'm really pessimistic as far the direction the game is taking & I'm sure the majority of the userbase feels the same.

Wait a minute, if you guys are going to just blert out random things and pin them to me, your kidding yourselves.

I never said anything about everything being just fine and bright and sun shining.

If you guys think you have the fix and the solutions to all the problems, let the right people know.

I never said Bort failed - that was Ditka. I only said you would never agree with that statement because you never shit where you sleep.

I'm sure Bort has made a lot of money putting out this Beta game - and certainly one can argue that getting rich is not a failure. But to imply that because we're all still playing, Bort's not hasn't failed is naïve at best. Most of us have all invested heavily in this game and we want to try and get some money's worth out of it - i.e. we're locked in by way of flexies. And as milko points out, this game has so many inconsistencies that is useless to suggest fixes because the season to season changes pile bigger issue on top of the older ones. Case in point the coaches idea. There were more negative comments in that discussion forum in a matter of minutes than any other in the history of GLB - self included. Yet here we are looking at a new implementation next season for ...you guessed it, the coaches idea despite all the negative feedback. Wanna bet you'll be able to boost a coach?

I understand this is a Beta game and it must have growing pains and changes and you can't please everyone. It's a great diversion and I have had fun at it, but it takes way too F'ing long for a team to make it to the top (if at all) only to have your players killed off a season after they make it there and it's back to the drawing board to grind out 10 more seasons as a team owner. It also takes way too F'ing long to build your players to the optimum potential for elite competition. Killing off players was the worst idea he ever had.

milko is right, when the flex fire burns to a charred, smoldering ember, I'll be finding another less expensive diversion to have fun with and I have been a loyal paying customer every season since S2 day 1.

I guess I am lost as to where I come in on this?

Just because your upset AA is a CPU fest, you write novels and point fingers?

If your soo worried about being fooled, what is STILL fooling you to keep playing?

If you think I'm not locked in by absurd amounts of flex points purchased your clueless.

I am not the type of person to point out one person and call them a failure.

I don't shit where I sleep, but Bort doesn't pay for the bed I sleep in sir. I did, and I bought it with money I made in my real world job, not GLB, so quite frankly, QUIT GLB if you DON'T WANT TO PLAY.

Record to beat, my punter had 29 return TD's against a CPU team
