And he has been set on super-elusive, which makes no sense given his return style of just plowing straight into the nearest guy.

Send it to bugs with multiple replays and see what they say. It kinda looks screwy since he doesn't even try to avoid.

try elusive on 95 or something. seems like i remember some kind of bug discussion on it being set at 100% and acting weird.

even set on 60-70 wont hurt

Nah I've set my lvl 70 CB set to 100% elusive and recently he's shown some great moves (all from this season):

This is another reason why I support brTk a million times over fake %, Juke, Head Fake, etc. since more often than not, return men do simply run in a fairly straight line.

The play in the OP is a bug that has been in the return sim for quite some time now. Opposing teams that don't want no part of your returner will constantly kick it towards the sideline knowing this cheat exists.

Teams consistently do this to my returner, and he runs straight up the sideline every time with over 90ish agility. They haven't decided to fix it, so take it as a sign of respect from opposing teams for your returner.
