Week 3 Game of the Week: #5 Arzamas Arctic Wolves @ # 10 Primetime Heroes
http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=378&team2=1945
Prediction: Arzamas 31 - Primetime 17

WEEK 3 RANKINGS

1 (1) Inverness Highlanders 2-0 (Last Week: W 57-0 vs Absolute Zero)
Inverness played keep-away in this one, controlling the ball for 43 minutes. Zero was only able to muster up 56 total yards and unable to complete a single pass. Week 3 should yield a similar result for the Highlanders. Urdnot is no a light weight but they’ll be no match for Inverness.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238737&pbp_id=3705658
Key Players - HB - Mer Man 146.5 Rush Yards 5 TD’s, WR - Only Catch TDs 4 Rec 110 Yards 1 TD

2 (2). Ogre Horde 2-0 (Last Week: W 177-0 @ Over the Rhinemen)
The Rhinemen were obviously no match for the Horde. No surprise here though. Week 3 vs. the Rampage should be a slightly better game, but don’t fool yourself. Ogre is already 3-0. They’ll use Redneck Riviera as a tune-up for weeks 4 and 5 vs. OK Fat and Inverness.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238668&pbp_id=3707270
Key Players – KR/PR Jessie Scott 565 Return Yards 5 TD’s, QB - Cyberdyne Systems 253 Rush Yards 6 TDs

3 (3). Baltimore Blazers 2-0 (Last Week: W 35-0 @ Thatto Heath Teeth Smashers)
Baltimore came out a little flat, finally getting on the board with 2:31 in the 2nd quarter to take a 7-0 lead. They didn’t look back from there, rattling off 35 unanswered. QB Murs was bottled up (-1.5 Rush Yards), but did manage to find the end zone twice. Blazers face a Belgrade team in Week 3 coming fresh off a disappointing loss.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238728&pbp_id=3697338
Key Players - KR/PR The Last Emperor 345.5 Return Yards 2 TD’s

4 (4). Oklahoma Fat 2-0 (Last Week: W 40-0 @ vs.Urdnot Krogan)
These top 4 teams are no joke. I have a hard time believing any of them take a loss from a team outside of each other. So far they have combined scores of 1,167, and have allowed 3. 1,167 - 3!! OK should have no trouble with Sudan, as they gear up for Week 4 against Ogre Horde. If Fat wants a #1 or #2 seed, a win here would almost ensure that happening.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238718&pbp_id=3699280
Key Players - QB - SSB Aaron 299 Passing Yards 2 TD’s, HB - Wanderlust Knkfawevenasnfovich 172 Total Yards 3 TDs

5 (5). Arzamas Arctic Wolves 2-0 (Last Week: W 24-10 vs. GI Joe‘s)
The Arctic Wolves didn’t really out play GI Joe’s, just made a few more big plays. Either the Joe’s & Cobras are better than I gave them credit for or Arzamas isn’t quite what I thought they were. We’ll find out this week as the Wolves travel to Primetime to face off against a red hot Heroes team.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238682&pbp_id=3698102
Key Players - HB - Ahman Jackson 88 Rush Yards 2 TD’s

6 (9). Cannabis Blazers 2-0 (Last Week: W 16-10 vs. Boondock Saints)
Cannabis was out played in every aspect of this game except for points scored, and that’s all that matters. Cannabis totaled 178 yards compared to Boondock’s 361. But the Blazers made the big plays when they mattered and pulled out the dub. Cannabis gets a nice boost in the rankings with a quality win over the Saints.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238653&pbp_id=3696557
Key Players K - IJ Smith - 3 FGM, CB Matt Moiyer 4 Tackles, 3 PD 1 INT 1 TD

7 (7). Boondock Saints 1-1 (Last Week: L 10-16 vs. Cannabis Blazers)
The Saints dropped a heart breaker, their first loss as an organization. Boondocks won time of possession and field position, just couldn’t find a way to cross the goalline. Boondocks managed to drive down the field with less than 1:50 to play and get inside the 20. But with only 14 seconds remaining were unable to get the go ahead score.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238773&pbp_id=2963607
Key Players - QB - Dan Lefevour 254.5 Pass Yards

8 (8). Thatto Heath Teeth Smashers 1-1 (Last Week: L 0-35 vs. Baltimore Blazers)
Thatto Heath was respectable in their 35-0 loss to Baltimore. They didn’t have much to offer offensively, but they slowed down the Blazers offense and contained their versatile QB Murs. The Teeth Smashers travel to Absolute Zero in Week 3. Lord knows what to expect in this one..
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238728&pbp_id=3694407
Key Players - CB Walter Revis 9 Tackles 7 TFL 2 PD

9 (6). Belgrade Bears 1-1 (Last Week: L 13-20 vs Primetime Heroes)
Well, I said Belgrade was favored, but I also said you can’t count anyone out in this conference and Primetime proved just that. I also said in Week 1 Rankings, that Belgrade was my pick to disappoint this season and so far that’s a pretty good call. Primetime is a quality club, but the Bears had more promise heading into the season. They head to Baltimore in Week 3. 1-2 is inevitable for the Bears.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238707&pbp_id=3695819
Key Players - QB - QB7 546.5 Pass Yards 7 TD’s, WR - U cant stop This 6 Rec 176 Yards 4 TD’s

10 (12). Primetime Heroes 1-0-1 (Last Week: W 20-13 @ Belgrade Bears)
Primetime pulls off the biggest upset of the season so far. Primetime hung right in there with Belgrade punch for punch. Weeks 3 and 4 will be tough sledding for the Heroes as they host Arzamas and travel to Cannabis. If they can escape one of these weeks with a victory they’ll shoot up the rankings.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238707&pbp_id=3698534
(Go ahead score and game winning TD run)
Key Players – HB – Stewie Griffin 209 Total Yards 1 TD

11 (10). Redneck Riviera Rampage 2-0 (Last Week: W 16-14 vs. Sudan Saints)
Rampage had more trouble with Sudan than I thought they would, but a win is a win. The Saints scored with :50 seconds left to pull within 2 and the first play following the kickoff, Rampage fumbled to give Sudan the ball inside their own 50 with 39 seconds left. Fortunately for RRR, Sudan’s two minute offense failed miserably. 1st Play: Incomplete pass. 2nd play: False Start. 3rd Play: HB Dive (0 Timeouts). Game over. Rampage needs to call in all of their favors and cash in their miracles for Week 3 as they travel to Ogre to take on the Horde.
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238695&pbp_id=3697526
Key Players – HB – Kevin Mack 106 Rush Yards 1 TD

12 (11). Absolute Zero 1-1 (Last Week: L 0-57 @ Inverness Highlanders)
Highlight from last week: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1238737&pbp_id=3705294
(1 of 2 Absolute first downs)
Key Players – CB Ken Blount 8 Tackles 2 PD

13 (13). Urdnot Krogan 1-1 (Last Week: L 0-40 @ Oklahoma Fat)

16 (16). Over The Rhinemen 0-2 (Last Week: L 0-177 Ogre Horde)

Highlight from last week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg2ASuboov4
Key Players – HB – Andrew Benson 76 Rush Yards 1 TD

you might want to look at that again coolbreeze. All of the starters were built between s12 and 13 offseason. If we do have some season 11 guys their either backups or strictly ST.
