I feel your pain and the site seems to lag at the worst times.I might have all of my players setup by the first regular season game along with AI's.
The changes will be good but at the moment I am hesitant to pull the trigger on several things I want to try like the AE swap.

The coaching addition is the one I'm dreading the most. Just another way to get people to spend buy flex.

I think thats half the point. Adding more ways to do things to add to the Infinite Diversity of the player builds.
