Xfactor is a player that does amazing things that pushes his team to victory. Something the other teams have trouble stopping.

is the rookie of the year below level 10 at the start of the season? Boosts put most viable candidates out of the level 10 cap

Doh, assumed it was 4th qtr.

You forgot GM of the year. Maybe an OC / DC award, etc.

Yea...that would be cool

But you would have 2 stat who is OC/DC on each team

if there is one for most kind and quiet gm, i feel im a good choice since i have done nothing but make sure everyone is happy and that there is no bad blood between rivals
