Is this part of the new rivalry system. I remember they use to scatter us around at random but now it seems like we all play each other to see which team showed the most improvement.

It's a good and bad thing. I guess it's good because it keeps rivals going, the bad...well you play the same teams over and over. I kind of like being shuffled around until we get to the uncap leagues
