i wish you good luck although not sure you should have made a post guarenteeing 6 wins for the team this season etc and then retiring about 5 minutes later...lol.
I also signed a new contract then came onto the forum to find out about it all......was a bit pissed to then realise i couldnt get realeased ...not sure a contract should have been sent under the circumstances. Just hoping maybe you guys could answer some of the questions that will be asked...and id rather ask you them than talk about you behind your back

Well, with the Crues gone, and taking their QB and HB with them, they lost their two of their most potent offensive weapons.
Hopefully the new owner, Tito716 (http://goallineblitz.com/game/home.pl?user_id=83194) wll have some interesting plans for the team and run a good regime

Sorry to see you go. The new owner has been on the GLB main forum today talking about how all of his players want traded/released now. Doesnt sound like a fun rebuilding situation.

we cut our players and some guys who wanted out and made a trade that had been in the works for a long time, left him with money and a big stadium while it certainly isnt ideal its not the worst situation

It wouldn't be the first time GLB has seen this;
They need to screen people somehow to prevent this from happening. It's truly unfortunate for the players left on the team, and the new owner. Another thing that gets me is; Players demanding big bonus, signing and running, hahaha! Boy do they think they're slick!
It's just unfortunate the attitude people have sometimes. I wish nothing but the best of luck to the team & the new owner!

i mean all the gripes from the players our starting TE second WR and starting DE all wanting out, a guard wanting out whinging that a higher level was startring in front of him all expecting to go without us having a replacement, i meant it wasnt fun having to deal with children every time i log on to this site, i admit we didnt run a good team and players deserve better management. Peolpe whine about not getting teams and this guy whines when he does get one, while it could have been in a better situation hes not gonna be beat by 100+ points like many other teams, and do you really expect Ahlen and Dublin to beat them he wont go down a league. We stand by what we did he has a team thats why he joined the wait list. We did this the right way we told our players it was happening and told everyone here, i started this topic after all!Good luck all, no regrets from me!

Honestly, I just don't think they should let owners leave mid season. That way a new owner has at least a few days to build a roster and communicate with any players from the prior regime.
