what attributes should I put on EQs for my G? blocking? str? others?

for my new lg, I put the first set all in strength so far (level 10). I've bought a second set and put the first round into blocking. I was thinking of doing some agility with it as well. Is that a good idea? What is everyone doing with their second set of equipment?
