Alpha:

First, the only seeds left in dispute are #5 and #6 and the winner of Angola vs. Bern gets #5.

#1 WSB vs. #8 Ann Arbor
#2 WhatsaMatta vs. #7 Coquille
#3 Bourbon St. vs. #6 Angola/Bern loser
#4 Korriban vs. #5 Angola/Bern winner

I'm going to go with a sweep by the favorites in round 1 in Alpha.

Zeta: all seeds are pretty well locked in unless Gabon Forest loses to WFL, in which case Gabon drops from #2 to #4 and Washington and B'ham move up a spot each.

#1 WV vs. #8 Rock and Roll
#2 Gabon Forest vs. #7 Pripyat
#3 Washington vs. #6 Aalborg
#4 B'ham vs. #5 WFL

I'm going to go with upsets in the bottom two here, though with the slide B'ham has been on, would it really be an upset if WFL won? The Washington guys will be disappointed here, but usually if I pick a team they lose, so they should feel pretty good about this.

Just my thoughts. Discuss and give us some predictions

I know it's boring, but I'll agree, I think that no matter who plays Bourbon or Korriban they will still win.

And, I won't lie to you, WhatsaMatta snuck by Coquille the first time. If it wasn't for 2 big plays they could have beaten us. So you can guarantee we won't be overlooking them, and I won't call it a lock out of respect for how they played us the first time.

I don't really either, but needed something to keep this from being too boring...

I dunno, Bern gave us a really good game the first time. Hopefully I've figured out a few things to stop the QB run.

Doesn't matter too much though, none of WSB's possible 2nd round opponents stands a chance there and win or lose, I've got my 1 home game of playoff revenue.

Only real lock I see is WSB in Alpha. Any of the other teams could beat eachother, some are unlikely but they can still pull off the win either way. I don't know much about Zeta.

The Elks is a rematch that I'm really looking forward to, big plays won the game for them, as their defense shut our offense down, and our Defense did the same, except that dang QB

WSB is a really good team for this level, but you guys are pimping them way too hard. Some of you guys can throw in some good gameplans and take them out. Part of the problem is you don't think you can. Maybe I'm wrong and they really are the tittays, but their dots aren't any older than the rest of ours, unlike that Atlantis team that was linked. As impressive as the winning streak is, its just a level 14 and level 22 winning streak, and no one (including them) really gameplans at these levels...

Oh I know I can beat them, we played them hard last time, we just didn't have any offensive gameplan at all, was more or less the default. Now we have a halfway decent offense and a defense that has already shown they can stand strong. It'll all come down to luck of the sim when/if we play WSB.

Well, if you beat them, then you can say they suck, until then they are the kings of our league, mmk?

Edit=poor word choice.

Lack of real gameplanning ability is my team's problem. Our OC and DC are pretty poor generally. We get about as far as we can on team talent.

Our defensive coordinator(also the co-owner) has done an excellent job the last two seasons, and he's still learning the OC part of it, so we'll see how we do in the playoffs and next season.
