This is the Elephant Conference pre game BLITZ!

Charlie vs Tripoli - Close game, but the Leathernecks pull it out, 21-17

Sahara buries TORO's - 41-10. TORO's is totally outmatched.

Zulu vs Zimbabwe - Zulu's has another blowout, unfortunetly, on the wrong end. Zimbabwe puts together a complete game. 38-6

Algeria vs Morningside - The Candysnatchers can score, and that wins games. 17-9.

WV vs West Nile - The mountain men are better than the scouting report indicates and their opponent has a long flight. Another low scoring afair. 9-3 Mountain Men.

Burundi vs Gambia - Both teams need to quickly fill out their rosters and Gambia has done a better job so far. The Pianhas win 24-7.

Monterey vs Zambia - The undead don't get distracted by the fine SoCal coeds. This one gets ugly, quick. The Magic have a rough schedule ahead of them. Zambia takes it 38-10.

Ethiopia vs Salty - I don't know what a Shellback is, but I know it can beat the crap out of a Food Monger. CPU's and inactives just don't get the job done. Salty wins 28-0.

Good pick only the score was abit too close. 30-7 WV. We are here to stay. Kinda weird tho that our scouting report is so low. we were underdogs the last two games. Well anyway thanks for doing this. Keep up the good work.

Well, what a mixed bag of results.

Charlie Don't surf 7 - Trioli 6
Charlie Don't surf , but he plays football. Despite losing the turnover battle and having less offense, Charlie used some timely passes on their opening drive of the second half to punch it in the end zone. Something Tripoli was unable to do as their two FG halftime lead proved insufficient.

Algeria 31 - Morningside 14
Algeria had a huge offensive explosion in this one, grabbing a 14 pt halftime lead behind punishing runs from Jethro Gibbs and extended it into the 3rd before Morningside got in some garbage time scores.

Monterey 0 - Zambia 51
Zambia dished out another beat down as they established themselves as both an offensive and defensive powerhouse. Scoring 51 pts and holding Monterey to barely 100 yards of total offense. Monterey has to be disappointed after a second straight loss.

TORO's 9 - Sahara 14
TORO's managed to hold an explosive Sahara offense in check by forcing EIGHT turnovers, 3 picks by SS, Choke Slam! However, it wasn't enough a TORO's couldn't crack the sandstorm defense, settling for 3 FG's and never punching it into the endzone. Despite an exciting two minute drill, the TEXANS could get no further than the 14 yard line and turned it over on downs.

Zulu 0 - Zimbabwe 40
Zimbabwe let everyone know their Charlie troubles are behind them and put Zambia and Sarah on notice that there are more than two powerhouses in Elephant! Royce Jones turns in a monster 200 yard game, while star of last week, Jamal puts up a not to bad 100. Almost 400 yards of rushing from Zimbabwe. That has to make a coach feel good! Zulu is in some serious trouble, however, they have the beatable Leathnecks up next before having the Sandstorm on deck.

WV 31 - West Nile 7
Behind an efficient offense and a defense that forced 4 turnovers the mountainmen made quick work of the Virus. Johnny Utahh was hurried 11 times and sacked thrice by WV. Watch out, WV is surging!

Ehtiopia 7 - Salty 14
Watch out! Those CPU's can play. It still wasn't enough and the shellbacks win on a strong running game.

Burundi 13 - Gambia 19
Gambia did just enough to win on the strength of their kicker, THROUGH THEUPRIGHTS. Burundi improved, but not enough. Gambia has to feel good about their upcoming games. They next 5 games could establish themselves as a playoff contender, before they get into the second (and tougher) half of their schedule.

Not really, scouting report doesn't tell the whole story. You have a great game plan, great player builds and a bad scouting bar.
