fatness and i have been lamenting the lack of rivalries in GLB anymore. the closest thing we have to a rivalry now is the sahara sand monsters, (who are rebuilding) and landry's legacy and the silverbacks light comments. don't get me wrong, i am looking forward to having a rivalry with Uganda, but real rivalries are established on the field, not the forum, most often in the playoffs.

we had a tremendous rivalry a few seasons ago with a team called Eden Sin who rebuilt. we were in a competitive AA and AAA league together and 3 straight seasons, our games were close and we eliminated each other from the playoffs. they did it to us twice. in the words of Jack Donaghey, we hate - respected them. there were other teams along the way that also added to the flavor. along with other rivalries. but teams quit and others rebuilt and it died.

when i look at the entire league, there are some good owners and franchises. i would love it if 16 to 24 teams always stayed around and kept the traditions / rivalries growing.

at zambezi, our plan is to always reload, not rebuild. how many other teams in Africa Pro are like that?

that is true. right now, we are in the same bracket for the playoffs.

we will be back next season--hard for us to just starting whipping your ass right away--least give us a season.

We'll be back next season if we don't break hays' heart in the playoffs.

SSM is actively looking for a merger...as you may have noticed, you may as well stick a fork in us...for whatever reasons we're done.

Best possible scenario would be merging with another decent APL team...but merging with another pro team, or well-established AAA team would be fine

MaRAWK!!o Evil Aces would love to be back but looks like that is just too fucking bad right now.

We are always looking for good agents however. We are having a good time almost always. Now that we have recovered from getting our teeth kicked in every other day the forums are back rolling again!

But a key note is that we won't be gone for long. If a few things break our way we will be gone for one season and then back with a better idea of how to handle our business.

With Freddie joining MaRAWK!!o as a coach, the offense will be an immediate juggernaut. We will be in the WL by Season 18.

Also, the goats are far more willing in the lower leagues, so I hear. None of that rear hoof kicking you get from APL goats. (They say they're trying to protect themselves, but we all know it's just rough foreplay!)

Pirgos may look to merge with another pro or world league team not sure yet. Recruiting good dots at this level is just too much work just to have people sign with AA and AAA teams with .500 records.
