Both teams inaugural seasons have been tough ones.. but I've noticed lately that LoL seems to have a little more fight in them.. giving the Redhorns and Silverbacks more then they wanted.. and coming off a victory.. you have to give them the edge.. and W #3 by 9
Rwanda Headhunters VS. PHP:
Welcome back to .500 Headhunters.. now the question is can you get above it this season?
IRONTON TANKS VS. Uganda SilverBacks:
The Tanks have 3 wins so far and don't have to worry about being sent back into the AAA abyss.. coming off a big win.. okay, who am I bullshitting... they beat PHP and now have to face a Uganda team that has only lost to the two undefeated teams in the conference! Uganda is going to roll and keep fighting for that home playoff game!! Silverbacks club the Tanks like King Kong would have.. +45
Carthaginian War Elephants VS. Somali Pirates:
I guess it took a visit to The Killing Fields and a visit from Eye Specialist to slow down the War Elephants! While the Pirates were finding out their ship couldn't sail through a Storm... What I've seen this season is a Somali team that came into APL and is taking care of the teams that they should be able to take care of (AKA their beating the other first season teams) but their 3 losses have come to teams ranked higher then them (and they haven't played either of the top 2 yet).. while the War Elephants found out it's fun to run down hill and trample everything in site.. hide the ship Pirates the War Elephants are gaining momentum!! CWE by 38
Zambezi Silverbacks VS. Sahara Sand Monsters:
This used to be a game that both teams would have circled on the calendar.. but these are two teams that have gone in different directions.. while the Sand Storm has begun to resemble a tumble weed.. and the Silverbacks are looking to have as much bite as they ever have.. the rivalry just isn't there anymore.. the Silverbacks will stomp through Sahara.. +55
Bamako Black Magic VS. Nigeria Nightmares:
The Black Magic are coming off of a really tough loss... but the Nightmares would love to have a tough loss!!! But unfortunately the Nightmares rebuilding season has become just that.. a Nightmare! The Black Magic will climb to 7-3 and stay right in the middle of the playoffs!
Sahara Storm VS. Pretoria Crusaders:
The Storm are coming off a solid victory over the Pirates and are more then happy to welcome the Crusaders into The Eye of the Storm!! The Crusaders are coming off of a disappointing loss.. but this one won't make them feel any better!! The Storm will send the Crusaders home weathered and worn!!

D9 has to be wondering what the hell is going on (okay maybe that's a little over the top) maybe they're just thinking.. damn.. glad we have an eye doctor on staff!! After two tough games in a row (both the Storm and CWE gave them more then they wanted).. now it's time to face a team that can be very dangerous.. The Redhorns know that this is a big game.. sitting in a tie with 3 other teams at 5-4 (and having already lost to one of those teams).. this is a game that could really make their season! Unfortunately.. if you can't shut down a Porch Junkie or a Balloon.. you can't win here! I'm from Missouri Massawa.. now show me something!! (okay.. I lied.. I'm not really from Missouri but it worked there)

Kiev Dynamos VS. The African Predators:
Well the Predators took their shot at Mad Clash and just couldn't quite get there.. but while they were in a battle for Jungle supremacy.. the Dynamos looked more like firecrackers then dy-no-mite.. what we found out last game is that KR/PR Bolt doesn't like to get hit that much.. and Myron Rolle from MML likes to hit anything moving! Unfortunately for Kiev this is the week that I thought they would start their power slide out of the elite.. and I still think that this one will hurt.. Predators roll!!
Sons of Anubis VS. Angola Blood Diamonds:
Look at ABD getting another win to make sure that they don't go back to AAA this season! Well done.. now please step out of the way so that the Sons can get back to their winning ways!
Sahara Sand Storm VS, Somalia Warlords:
I keep looking and thinking maybe this is the game the Warlords get that W.. but then it doesn't happen.. don't get me wrong.. they've played most of the top teams so far so there's still a chance.. but I do think that S3 wants to enjoy more this season then a couple of digi-trophies they got last season.. S3 gets win #2 and might be safe now...
Pirgos Warlords VS. Kickin Djibouti:
Last season this would have had consideration for game of the week.. but not this season.. Kickin looks like they're playing with a deflated ball this season.. and the Warlords are looking to prove they're as close to the elite as anybody.. Pirgos dominates in this game.
MaRawk!!o Evil Aces VS. Nairobi Warthogs:
I'm not sure what happened to the Warthogs in the Predators and Ratels game.. but it obviously wasn't anything permanent! The Warthogs passed the ball all over SoA last game.. and that leads to the bad news for the Evil Aces.. good news is you'll have plenty of chances to keep improving that offense.. bad news is because the Warthogs are going to be kicking off a lot!!
Swaziland Dachshunds VS. Mauritius Mountain Lions:
Swazi is off to a good start this season.. rolling up 8 wins already.. bad news is they have games looming against the Predators, Ratels and Warthogs... just like with Kiev.. the Mountain Lions might be the trap game.. if the Mountain Lions can reduce the turnovers.. they have a chance here.. I'm just not sure if they can against a defense like this one.. Swazi get's the W.. but not by much .. 3
Ivory Coast Breakers VS. Uganda Mounties:
The Breakers have been playing some tough teams and they've been playing them tough! That's the good news.. the bad news is that you won't be making the playoffs this season! While the Mounties have played a wicked first half schedule and now have a chance to show some of the other teams that they're much better then their record! I think the Mounties will sneak in here and surprise ICB.. but expect this one to be a tough game.. Uganda by 6
*Carthage Mad Clash VS. Rhodesia Ratels:
**GAME OF THE WEEK!!!**
Wow.. the Mad Clash had a tough game against the Predators.. if you look at the stats they're almost identical in yardage (both rushing and passing) ToP.. turnovers.. but still they come away with a big win.. and now it's time for round two of their gauntlet. This week they face off with undefeated Rhodesia Ratels!! The Ratels come into this game knowing that they are the underdog.. but I don't think that they'd have it any other way! It's time to find out who's going to be the #1 seed in Elephant this season (I know it's early but this is the decider!!).. The Clash have been able to just coast through the season (until recently).. now they're in the middle of their gauntlet.. they hit a stretch with 3 teams in a row that will give them 3 different game plans.. the Mad Clash gave up 245 yards on the ground to the Predators.. but now they meet the Ratels who would like nothing more then to run the ball.. run the ball oh and did I mention that they like to run the ball? I see this one being close.. and if the Ratels can control the ball and the clock they'll have a chance at the end.. but I still think that the Mad Clash are just a little bit more explosive..
