There is not alot of parity in this league from top to bottom. Pretty much any decent team will make the playoffs. However, it appears that we have 10 teams that are at least decent, so the battle for the last couple of playoff spots could be intersting. Both of these teams will need this win come playoff time to ensure they are in the top 8. Don't let the records fool you. Their competition has been very different thus far, as Astoria has played two cupcakes and Compton has played two Zeta playoff caliber teams. Neither team has beaten a decent team this season, so it is hard to say who will win this one. My gut says Compton pulls this one out.
Compton Smurfin' Con Men 35 - Astoria Fightin' Titans 24.

Much like the Compton - Astoria game, this game sees two teams that look pretty evenly matched facing off in a game that will almost certainly have playoff seeding implications. Burnie has the levels (effective and normal) while Brasilia has the scouting bar advantage. I know it was just preseason, but they played two common opponents to very similar results, so I expect this one to be great. My pick is Brasilia to win with a 4th quarter TD.
