If you look through the coaching staff of all the Gold teams, you will find that several teams share coaches. In fact, there are a couple well known coaches that play a big factor in 2-3 different Gold teams, so not just LOL-GM's. I think this is wrong as it limits the talent pool. If someone is good enough to run a Gold level team, they should only do it for their one team, not several.
My idea is to limit a person's ownership/coaching/GM status to ONLY one Gold team. They can be on as many Silver and Copper teams as they want, but only one Gold team. What this does is makes a team earn their keep in Gold and not just hire another Gold coach to run part or all of their team.
Some prime examples are...
Lord Evil:
Owner of SBWL
Head Coach of AC.
mccollums:
Head Coach of Tombstone Outlaws.
Head Coach of Cascade Surly Goats.
PING72:
Head Coach of Wood Village Whistle Pigs.
DC of New Orleans Pee Wees.
GM of Georgia Assault.
No Fear:
Owner of New Orleans Pee Wees.
Recruiter of The Insane Asylum.
OC of Wood Village Whistle Pigs.
GM of Georgia Assault.
ncooke:
Owner of Wood Village Whistle Pigs.
Scout of New Orleans Pee Wees.
GM of Georgia Assault.
chitchc2:

That's just to name the big ones, but there are a lot of people who are a coach/GM on multiple Gold teams.. I think you can see my point. You don't play just one Gold mind, you play multiple Gold level minds and do that against multiple teams. If this keeps up, most Gold teams will all share the same coaching staff. Think the NFL allows anything even close to this? We need to EXPAND the talent pool, not limit it, which is what is happening now. If we limit people to being a owner/coach/GM on only one Gold team, that increases the talent pool by a lot, which is healthier for the game in general.
