i have a piece with 19% hold block for a LT. Should i exchange it for a piece with +4 SA like pass block, foundations, etc etc?

If your player is a high level guy, I would sell the hold block piece and look to find both a Protect piece and a hold block piece in the AEQ store.

Well he's level 55 atm, and he's got 9 protector right now. The piece came with 3 speed, hold block 5% or whatever. Im just curious if it would be worth converting for additional SA's like pass block etc. It's like +4 free points of any SA, but is it worth dropping 19% hold block?
