i think the one thing GLB is missing is the forum is posters who decide what is funny for the rest of us. i am continually laughing at stuff people post only told by another poster, it wasn't funny. i feel so stupid at that point. i cannot believe i thought something was funny when some person i don't know thought it wasn't.

of course we are going to need a better name for this and i am up for suggestions.

Humor Sheriff could work but i am sure there are better names. perhaps the future humor sheriff can make a suggestion or pick his own name. please send suggestions. we also need suggestions as to who we should nominate for the position. remember he must be very critical, have nothing better to do than pick apart everyone else attempt to be funny and this is an important one, be willing to point out every last post that he deems not funny.

i just hope that the Humor Sheriff post something funny himself and sets the standard for what the rest of us should achieve. this way we all will finally be able to be funny. i so look forward to the day, when we all finally achieve funny to the standards of random people on the internet. dare to dream, dangit, dare to dream. then finally this forum will be lively again.

this is why i need your guys help so much. i wish to god i knew what funny was. i thought some of the stuff i read was funny, but it clearly wasn't. i want ever so much to post or read something funny, but oh the rejection, i don't think my fragile self can take it.

so please, i am begging you guys: give us non-funny's something to shoot for. post funny or even informative stuff.

i want it on record that i am neither old nor a timer. i don't even think i am all that important that ocho should be my follower. though if he is thinking of following someone, i would be a very good choice.

i have great taste in single malt, tequila and beer. my wife is hot, too. however, all her sisters are married so i cannot help you there. so any of you that would like my guidance, pm me and i will see if i can fit you into my schedule for my help to teach you all things awesome.
