Is there a team that's far and away better this season?

This is how the teams look in the offseason (before end of recruitment and boosts for next season) for Alpha Conference.
1. New Jersey Wardogs 69- 72- 912.37
39 players roster (icluding a second kicker) and they need some O-Line players (like a Center) to complete teir roster. Ready to compete for top spot this season.
2. Palermo Panthers 67- 73- 941.39
At this point their roster have only 31 players but when they complete recruitment in soe key positions (QB, HB, O-Linemen) they can compete for promotion to Pro.
4. House of Pain 65- 69- 885.33
They have some inactives and probably will lose more players that didn't sign extensions but if they can recruit, a top 4 position is possible.
4. Port City Mosquitos 67- 70- 895.01
One of the top 10 created teams but in need of heavy recruiting (almsot half their roster). They can go up or down depending from the number of players they can recruit.
5. Athens Odyssey 58- 67- 872.47
Can they repeat?
6. The Transformers 57- 65- 854.06
Official Addict team, organized and ready to dominate. It's possible to surprise everyone and win it all!
7. Istanbul Titans 61- 65- 850.42
Roster is almost complete, well run team with experienced agents. Definetely can be higher than this position.
8. Warsaw Pact 50- 56- 785.97
They're a season behind (lvl wise) from the top teams and they're struggling to keep up. Very good builds, experient agents, they can be higher if they win certain match-ups.
9. Nevada Farm Boys 62- 69- 885.41
Farm team wth only 23 players in the roster and some of them inactives. Doesn't look promising.
10. P-Burg Players 62- 61- 822.50
Only 39 players including 3 CPU with lots of inactives, not good.
11. LaDoua Dragoons 49- 51- 734.58
Full roster but underleveled one more season. Maybe can sneak in the playoffs but don't see them past 1st rnd.
12. The Hague Hustlers 47- 51- 729.19
Like the Dragoons must overcome lvl handcap if they want to be in the playoffs.
13. Victoria Mule Train47- 50- 715.98
Low lvl players than the league average can't push them higher.
14. Bratislava Chaos 65- 67- 872.12
Only 11 players in the roster and don't think can be ready for the start of season.
15. Prague Warriors 0- 0- 0
Zero players and a big zero overall.
16. Defenders of the Ancients 0- 0- 0
Double zero like the team above.

Good team but they have some depth problems in offense (2xOTs, 3xWRs, absense of blocking TE).
