With the new rules out penalizing teams that trade cash for players between two teams that have a GM on both teams we need to find some cash teams that are out of our organization to trade between.
Since the rules are a bit grey I got specific rulings from Catch 22 and found out exactly what is legal and what is not.
So if you have a cash team with no GMs on my team and need to get cash to players then post here or PM me. We have several teams with over $50 million to spend.
I did get clarification via PM directly from catch 22.
The team that traded for the players is building a team this season and is trying to be competitive. The team that traded the players had two players that couldn't be released for 6 days but upgrades were found for both players making them expendable.

This is illegal since both teams share some of the same GMs.
On the other hand, this is legal.

Even though the team sending the cash is not competitive nor does it have any desire to be it is legal because the teams don't share any GMs. It is even legal to trade the players and then wait 6 days to retire them.
