He looks ok to me. I would get his agility and blocking up higher but other than that he looks fine.

Here is my OT that is similar in level. Sometimes it helps to see other players in the same position.

Ive seen a lot worse. As post above says you can really afford to start putting points into agility and blocking and get them to 77.

I'd retire that guy. It won't do you much good keeping him around.

I don't understand why people are in a rush to retire there players so quickly. It will take multiple seasons to develop your current player to that level and he still can play at a high level.
