Throwing is 12... Thats some World League Potential there... Did you forget to spend the rolling SPs.... You know you can't save those, and we won't even get into EQ I will let you figure that one out. You should retire this QB and never build one again find a new position

I want him to be a scrambler who can throw long, that is my ultimate aim.

He's a deep thrower Archetype, you have put SPs into speed and agility. Dumped the majority into SAs , which is ridiculous for a level 1 player. You shouldn't even worry about those until he's level 20-25, leaning more toward 25. You have the EQ in the 3 main spots but in my opinion should be in one spot. I agree with T G DTD, retire and retry.
