The Open Field Fake ability gives this player a bonus to performing head fakes and jukes when there is only one defender within 5 yards.

This skill can help break down the last man on defense, leading to a TD.

Additional Levels:
Increases the bonus to Head Fake and Juke skills.

i guess without HF or Juke it wouldn't do much

Spin for a KR CB is dangerous... you really need a decently high strength and carrying rating to make it work.

Juke is idiot proof and very proven.

Spin is great but you have to know what you're doing in order to get anything close to a similar return from juke

Juke is useless. It never triggers and I encourage someone to show me replays of a CB from this season proving me wrong.

Spin is your best bet because unlike Juke, at least it works! A friend of mine on the Addicts board swears by it. Plus, the special teams sim has been degraded back to being a power return game. Return men are too stupid to do the fancy moves like they did a few seasons ago (replays of what I mean available on request).

My CB return man had max Clever Instincts, max Return Man, Man Special Teamer, +7 Quick Feet, +10 Juke (yes, 10!), 83 agility, 61 vision, and 69 carrying. He's an ideal Juke candidate, yet he never triggered it once. Complete waste of shopping time and equipment funds. Stay away at all costs.

No, you don't need strength. It's been confirmed by bort, confirmed by tests, confirmed by what you already see in the sim. It needs agility and carrying and ofcourse points in the appropriate SA. Period.

you just dismiss everything anyone says so why should i even try?

when i have multiple people telling me that their mvp returners all use juke from the minors to the wl, i'd rather take their word for it than yours.

furthermore, you need to read the hb forum for about 5min before people all confirm that str is required for spin but whatever

I'm just frustrated no one has shown me any replays of a KR/PR juking. If its as great as people say it is, we should be able to see plenty of replays of it. I'm not meaning it as any show of disrespect. I'm just saying I have yet to see Juke work. I'm also speaking from first-hand experience with my own returner.

For Spin, actually I'm not sure if that's strength related. I didn't necessarily say it was, but rather the special teams sim has become more "break tackle" oriented. I feel agility and carrying is more spin dependent, so as a precaution, I'd value those over str.
