Well, I went 3-1 in Rd#2, so overall in the playoffs, I am 10-2. Down to the final four, and I see one of the match-ups as being epic, and the other, not so much. Speaking of the final four, UCLA, NC, UConn are all not in the big dance -- what the hell is wrong with college B-ball this season? Only 2 Pac-10 teams in as well? I should change my call name from UCLA Jeremy to "Formerly known as UCLA Jeremy"...
Game #1. Blood Leopards vs Atlantis Stormriders. There was a girl - one year ahead of me - in high school whose name was Stormy Mason. She was smoking hot, and was quite well-developed for that age. I got in trouble in geometry class for talking to her too much - well worth it. Anyway, I predict a Leopard victory; it just goes to show you that GLB is all about math, and when applied within the rules, they build their players really well. Maybe I should have spent more time in high school paying attention in my math classes, as opposed to hitting on hot, buxom, class-mates. If I had, maybe I too could rule at GLB. I am not sure how I do it, but I have noticed that my posts often drift away from GLB football, and for some reason, more often that not, wind up in a palaver about hooters. http://www.hooters.com/home.aspx I will try to stay focused, sorry.
Game 2. Buccs vs Buckeyes. In the regular season, it was a close game, and was eventually decided on a critical Buckeye fumble. The Buccs won 19-10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEVJyf0ft3I I bet STEEL CURTA1N will go Woody Hayes on his own player, if he fumbles in this game. I have to admit, that old guy had a nasty right cross, nothing to be ashamed of -- the punch at least wasn't girlly. Hell, that punch inspired this one -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEu3GzNDs74 , and quite possibly these punches as well http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Exrpoc6GP60 Who will win the game? Hmmm. The winner gets a nice silver digital trophy (at a minimum) on their homepage, and some bragging rights. I will go with the Buccs in another tight match-up, 24-20. I expect it to come down to the 4th quarter, and team morale and stamina to come into play. Best of luck to both teams, this one will be fun.
Regards, Jeremy.
