1. Gold Coast Vipers vs. 8. Christchurch Fighting Maori

1st meeting: GCV 30 - CFM 23 (Week 2)

Prediction: I think the Vipers have improved a ton since their first game and the Maori have lost some close, tough games.

GCV 35 - CFM 10

4. Eastern Europe Alliance vs. 5. Melbourne Marvels

1st meeting: EEA 6 - MM 9 (Week 8)

Prediction: Talk about a tough game to call. Their first game was an all-out offensive struggle. Melbourne got all 3 of their FGs in the 4th. This is a coin flip in my eyes.

EEA 20 - MM -17

2. Indianapolis Gururpies vs. 7. Springville Renagades

1st Meeting: Indy 41 - Springville 10 (Week 6)

Prediction: As any owner would say, it is hard to pick against my team... But I'm not one of those owners. Indy is a great team, I have them winning the conference. It'll be a closer game, albeit same result.

Indy 35 - Springville 17

3. Gold Coast Michelin Men vs. 6. Freedom Town Band of Brothers

1st Meeting: GCMM 38 - BoB 23 (Week 3)

Prediction: the Michelin Men are a class act team run by a great bunch of guys. As for their opponents...meh

1. Berlin Kreuzberg Red Stars vs. Vanatu Volcanos

1st Meeting: Red Stars 58 - V V 10 (Week 4)

Prediction: After losing in the Week 1 Inter-Conference games, the Red Stars have taken it to their own division to the tune of 15 in a row. I don't see things changing in this game.

Stars 45 - Volcano 7


4. Moscow Mad Cows vs. 5. Razorback Nation

1st Meeting: Cows 47 - Nation 0 (Week 13)

Prediction: I have paid 0 attention to Zeta this season.....but how in the fuck did the Nation QB pass for 10k yards? myabe it was the 996 attempts.... maybe.

Cows 35 - Nation 10

2. Atlantis Lost Souls vs. 7. Guam Gorillas

1st Meeting: ALS 67 - GG 17 (Week 15)

Prediction: ALS is the only other Zeta team to capture my attention. They have a great backfield that I'm pretty sure GG will not shut down...... again

ALS 54 - GG 10

3. College Town NWA Feeble Minds vs. 6 Rekhou Raptors

1st Meeting: Feebs 36 - Raptors 19 (Week 16)

Prediction: These guys just played yesterday! Same story, different day

Feebs 28 - Raptors 10



Well there you go, my first meaningful post in OPL all season. If you all like this, i'll do it for the Semis as well.

The 996 attempts obviously had something to do with it, but that still doesn't explain the over 10 yards per attempt, which is insane with the way passing seems to be going in this game these days.
