Preview: These two teams met in week 16 with the Bulls winning quite convincingly 76-7. The Bulls were able to do just about whatever they wanted against Fukuoka's defense. With over 600 yards of offense. However, I feel this game will be much tighter. The Fukudome are coming off an impressive win over the Eruption in the first round, while the Bulls didn't seem to have their full gameplan in against Berlin. I do think this game will be much closer, possibly within 2 TD's.

Prediction: Bulls win 49-38

#2 Dallas Devils vs #3 Prague Pulverizing Ponies http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=1287&team2=7122

Preview: Last time these two teams met, the Devils were able to shut down the Ponies passing and rushing attacks. While they themselves didn't get a whole lot going offensively either. They definitely won the ST's battle. With 3 PR TD's by Baby Deion being the backbreaker. I'm personally hoping the Ponies can make a little better showing when they meet this time.

Prediction: I believe Dallas will win a hard fought battle 24-21

Garuda Conference

#1 Cebu Undead Nazi Peaches vs #4 WAR MACHINE http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=6529&team2=5604

Preview: Last time these guys played, the Peaches shutout WAR 58-0. I don't see a whole lot changing this time they meet. The Peaches are just too strong on both sides of the ball.

Prediction: Peaches win handily again 56-0

#2 St Mary's School for the Blind vs #3 Sumatra Sting http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=3062&team2=4899

Preview: Last time they played each other St Mary's handed Sumatra one of its two losses 45-6. St Mary's was able to just smother Sumatra's defense with their rushing attack, averaging over 7 yard per carry. While Sumatra only averaged 1 yard themselves. I think they will get it figured out this time around and it will be a much closer game than last time.

Prediction: I see St Mary's winning this time, but only by a few 21-20. Could possibly be the closest game of the playoffs.

You know, I was wondering the same thing.

Must've been a confidence/momentum thing. Krakatoa was about to score before the half, but settled for a FG. Then we take the ensuing KO back to the house right before halftime, and the 2nd half was a complete 180 from the first half. That INT late in the game was what really did it though imo.

That was one helluva game though, very exciting to watch.

Fukuoka won the turnover battle which definitely helped.
