LOT or ROT? Makes a big difference.

Think he is saying ROT = run block side, LOT = pass block side

for LT I only use Protector.. for RT Get low, Pancake, are the way to go

i think just because you're a ROT you don't want to neglect pass blocking...

my opinion would be (assuming 2 AEQ pieces)

LOT:
2 Protector
or
1 Protector and either Foundation or Hold Block%

ROT:
Get Low
and
Foundation or Hold Block%

LOT (3 AEQ)

Protector
Foundation
Hold Block %

For ROT I rolled a +2 AGI +1Get Low piece, then the exact same thing next roll. worth keeping? Or would one work better with a hold block % piece?

Just Rolled a +2 Speed, +5% Hold block.

What should I do?

Take the Get Low piece. Hold block sounds pretty solid as well. Personally I would rather have the hold block one to pair with the Get Low instead of 2 Get Lows.
