hmm....I'd put your VA's into FBG or 3rd Down stopper until you get jumping to 40(then get Ball Hawk).
I also start putting the next EQ upgrades into AGI. You want SPD/AGI about equal.
In terms of attributes...take VIS to 74 ASAP! Then get AGI to 74.
Also...don't put any more points into SA's for a while. Not until your main attributes are all set.
