1) Windhoek White Rhinos (W) - Rhino's beat Elephants in a battle of seemingly slow footed creatures. People do understand that Rhino's do have the ability to attack and this bunch is doing its best to make a mockery of the Lion Conference. Will anyone step up and challenge them this season?
2) GRiTs (W) - I will take a win over Kickin any day of the week, so not surprised with anything that happened yesterday. They showed that even 12 in the box can not stop the 3 headed monster of Comet, Dam and Sweet...
3) Sons of Anubis (W) - Nothing to see here, just move along! Nice start for a solid club who looks to be in this for the duration.
4)District 9 Prawns (W) - Bounced back nicely after the Rhino's loss with two convincing victories. I am thinking the Lion is a two horse race, hopefully the Storm can rise to the occasion but I just don't know...
5) Pirgos Warlords (W) - Was hoping they would go away but this team is legit, plus rumor has it that Kylos is actually going to do both offenses and defenses if they meet the GRiTs in the playoffs.
6) Rhodesia Ratels (W) - Bounced back nicely and are set to shake up the Elephant with a victory tomorrow but the GRiTs will be ready. We are going to throw, throw, throw and then throw some more!
7) Sahara Storm (W) - Dare to question why I rank this team higher than the script? Who does this team think it is, undefeated and upset at a top ranking or an obviously lame attempt to stay unnoticed? If you don't like it here, lose and I gladly evict you!
8) Carthage Clash (W) - Hays is talking big these days and I am not sure why with this ranking - Field Goal: 32th! Stop scoring so many TD's and let the poor bastard kick a FG once in a while!
9) African Fever (W) - Defense is playing great right now, time to start watching this team to see if they are for real or not. 2nd Half Schedule could be very tough...
10) The African Predators (W) - Why not round out the Top 10 with an every steady group who are always around each and every season. GRiTs have this one circled as losing to the King has not sit well with myself, even if it was last season!
Teams being Evicted:
4) Swaziland Dachshunds (L) - I don't get it, I handed the number one spot to the Hounds and they lose 2 games out of 5. I would have had this team down for maybe 1 loss this season but it is apparent they are on cruise control until the playoffs.
10) Carthaginian War Elephants (L) - For future reference, How to avoid a rhino charge is to allow the rhino to charge at you and at the last few seconds jump to your left or right!
