Nope.

When do you start using SAs for linemen?

For me it depends on my build but generally no sooner than level 42. Sometimes I do not touch them until about level 55ish

Yeah, I just barely started training speed at level 42 for my G, let alone thinking about SAs at that level.

That is my point. If speed is not even close to being trained and all other skills are where you want them. SAs are not a bad choice unless you plan to save the SP while you train speed. I mean speed has no level gains and stamina is likely the other skill not yet capped so you are probably training them together.
