I got a 3 agility with lead block piece. Im think lead block only works on rushing plays though. Should i use it or dump it? It's my third piece though.

I would dump it in favor of something with a different SA or at least hold block chance.

Roll again. I think lead only really works for RBs.

I would pass on it unless you are going to have your guard pull a lot. It would work for a guard on rushing plays, but you would have to be out in front of the RB for it to work.

Actually Lead Block fires any time that you are lead blocking.

Here are two plays from a team I GM and have a RG on. These two plays obviously show the VA kicking in. The VA says that it works while the G is running parallel to the line of scrimmage, then will turn off. Both of these G's only have about 60 speed, but obviously are keeping up witht he HB, who has well over 100 speed, at least until they turn the corner when the VA turns off. If you combined Pulling Olineman with Downfield blocker, and had high vision, I could see where that G would pull, get out front, then get upfield and block somebody.
