Not this.

Speed and agility need to be 68 on any linebacker, vision too for most. The quickest ticket to mediocrity on an LB is leave agility in the 50s or 60s to go for tackling and strength. Tackling is the last stat to go on for many builds. Having high agility helps make up for a lack of tackling in the lower levels.
