Decline should slow him down by the seasons end, glad we pulled them towards the start of the season.

Mo Mac is the extreme. You want fast. You go to Mo Mac plain and simple. It's sad he's gotta retire. I couldn't find his fastest replay I'm sure he said he hit 44 one time. And that's without the +15% bonus that HB gets from Scatback.
