It's really not that unusual. He still stares down his first guy for a long time. The difference is, at higher levels you'll get sacked right about the time you look to the second read. That HB had all day.

My level 61 QB usually only got through 1-2 reads in his last game, but on one play with lots of time to throw he got through all 4 receivers and back to the primary: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1001619&pbp_id=1338196
